(STW)Preventive Stress Management Workshop

This workshop aims at arousing awareness and extending the physical and psychological resources of employees to enable them to minimize the damaging effects of stress and manage stress more effectively. Training on stress prevention could help participants to be able to identify stress risk factors and reactions earlier and better. Participants at the supervisory level could deal better with their own stress and be a role model in this respect. Furthermore, participants at the supervisory level would have more knowledge about stress effects, their costs, and interventions, so that they could implement interventions in their own units.
