This course focuses on different aspects of human behaviour in and related to the workplace to advance knowledge on the economic well-being of work organizations and the personal well-being of employees and to apply knowledge to solve real problems in the world of work. Objectives include : understand the development in industrial and organizational psychology, promote the use of psychology in safety management, and raise the productivity and safety performance in an organisation through the analysis of human behaviours.
Lectures are combined with group discussions. Role playing and games will also be incorporated into lectures and discussions. Students are encouraged to participate in thorough discussions on certain topics relating to behaviour at work among employees.

Remark: ● Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination.
● Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination.
● Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
