In modern management system, most of which have a mechanism to review and improve the system. The safety management system also has this mechanism to continuous improve the safety performance and create a safety culture. To effectively improve the safety performance, continuous safety improvement analytical tools could be used to find out the item that should be improved.

This course aims to introduce the continuous safety improvement analytical tools and to teach the participants on the use of the analytical tools to collect importance information for the organization to put the resources in appropriate area for further improvement, such that the safety level in the organization could be continuously improved.
