In modern management system, most of which have a mechanism to review and improve the system. The safety management system also has this mechanism to continuous improve the safety performance and create a safety culture. To effectively improve the safety performance, continuous safety improvement analytical tools could be used to find out the item that should be improved.

This course aims to introduce the continuous safety improvement analytical tools and to teach the participants on the use of the analytical tools to collect importance information for the organization to put the resources in appropriate area for further improvement, such that the safety level in the organization could be continuously improved.

Prerequisites: Ability to read and write Chinese
Remark: ● Certificate is awarded when the student has attained 100% class attendance and a pass in end-of-course examination
● Student is not allowed to attend the examination if the attendance rate is less than the required.
● Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session
