There are various types of work in the construction site and it is not easy to achieve good safety performance if we only rely on safety officer to motivate workers for following safety rules. Site supervision staff has a very important role to communicate and coach workers for the safety requirements of the site and lead them to follow these requirements, prevent dangerous acts and enhance their safety awareness. Site supervision staff there must be equipped with good OSH communication and leadership skills.

The aim of this course is to enable site supervision staff to learn and apply effective leadership and communication skills, in order to encourage and motivate workers to follow safe rules, so that safety performance of the site can be enhanced.

Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: General education with related working experience
Remark: ● practical assessment.
● Students who do not have sufficient attendance is not allowed to attend the examination.
● Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
