Stress exists in everyday life. It can be a positive driving force to step forward but it could also have a negative impact on the physical and psychological wellbeing if people have been working under substantial level of stress continuously. Yet, workplace stress makes strong impact on individuals and also the workforce as a whole. To individual, medical research concludes that stress is a main cause of a wide range physical illness including cancer. To the workforce, workplace stress inevitably reduces productivity and increases medical expenditure.
This workshop aims at providing participants with practical skills in overcoming stress, promoting mental health wellbeing and enhancing drive at work.

Instructor: Professional or OSHC Consultant
Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: With appropriate education level and related working experience
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and complete class exercise.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
