Stress exists in everyday life. It can be a positive driving force to step forward but it could also have a negative impact on the physical and psychological wellbeing if people have been working under substantial level of stress continuously.
Laughter Yoga is a simple and profound aerobic exercise. This exercise not only makes the body release more stress relieving endorphins but also promotes abdominal breathing through laughters and improves the blood oxygen level. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on the scientific fact that people can achieve a complete wellbeing workout and hence work more efficiently. Besides, the exercises of Laughter Yoga help to relieve the stress induced musculoskeletal discomforts and reduce chance of injury at work.

Duration (Hour): 2.5 hours
Instructor: International Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor
Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: Ability to read and write in Chinese
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance.
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session
