The Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Management) Regulation states that principal contractors have to organise, develop and maintain a safety management system, subcontractors in the construction industry of 50 or above workers have to abide by the law as well. The course is to help subcontractors in providing the necessary knowledge, and is particularly suitable for the corporate or project level management staff.
