Under the Construction Workers Registration System, unskilled workers are collectively referred to as Registered General Workers (or laborers). The scope of work for general workers is broad, including transporting materials, clearing waste and debris, and performing simple tasks on construction sites. Their work locations often change according to the progress and needs of the project, and they frequently work in various high-risk areas such as external scaffolding, low walls or window edges, floor openings, lifting zones, machinery operation areas, and lift shafts.
Given the frequent occurrence of fatal accidents involving general workers in recent years, this course is suitable for general workers in the construction industry. The course aims to enhance participants' awareness of high-risk areas, safety awareness, and knowledge of necessary safety measures to prevent accidents.
