GAS in cylinders such as oxygen, acetylene and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is commonly used by many people at work. It can be used in helping people with breathing difficulties, in welding and flame cutting process, as fuel in heating appliances and vehicles. GAS safety at work is not only an important concerns to protect employees but also to protect the general public at large. If not handle gas with care, it may lead to a danger of fire, explosion, gas leaks or even some serious accidents.
This training course is target for workers on gas safety at work. The course aims at introducing common hazards associated with work on gas, the precautions and emergency procedures at workplace.

Duration (Hour): 3.5 hours
Instructor: Professional or OSHC’s Consultant
Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: With appropriate education level and related working experience
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in a class will be regarded as absent for that session.
