The arduous day to day work in kindergartens and childcare centers might introduce work stress for staff. Indeed, work stress has become a part of our lives and it is inevitable. This course aims to introduce the sources of work stress, its impact on health, how we can improve awareness stress and cope with it. We also introduce some stress relief techniques and exercises.

Instructor: Professional or OSHC Consultant
Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: Ability to read and write in Chinese and English
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
