Stress exists in everyday work. However, if the level of stress is beyond a person's ability to cope with it, it can wear a person down. This course gives an introduction to occupational stress, the health effects of stress, stress management and relaxation methods.

2. Stress management system practised in advance countries
3. Management and promotion of occupational stress
4. Role of government, employers and employees on managing stress
5. Relaxation methods and exercises
Duration (Hour): 3.5 hours
Instructor: Professional or OSHC consultant
Language: Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites: Ability to read and write in Chinese
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
