Any process involving asbestos invariably gives off asbestos dust which can contaminate the workplace and the vicinity. Asbestos dust is known to be a substance hazardous to health. The degree of hazard depends on the concentration of asbestos in the air and the process involved. Asbestos dust is known to be a substance hazardous to health. The purpose of this course is to train participants in the proper way to handle asbestos effectively. This can reduce workers exposure to asbestos dust and ensure their health as well as that of the public in the vicinity of the workplace. The course is suitable for staff and workers handling and using asbestos in their works.
