The construction industry is a comparatively high risk industry. Majority of serious accident cases were happened in the construction site. To minimize the risk of construction activities, there are several legislations enacted to monitor the safety and health issue in construction site. Those legislations were enforced by relevant government departments.

This course aims at introduce safety and health legislations related to construction industry and its development to the participants. Hence, the participants could know more about the legislation requirements and follow those requirements when they perform any construction work so as to prevent the accident occurrence.
