There are many potential risks arising from cleansing work, for example working at height, operation of mechanical devices, electrical appliances, chemicals and hand tools, etc. Employers and management of organizations should take appropriate measures to ensure employees’ safety and health at work.

This course aims at providing managers or supervisors of cleansing work the risks arising from the work and the control measures, thus enhancing their awareness in occupational safety and health risks and broadening their knowledge in managing safety and health of cleansing work.

Prerequisites: Ability to read and write Chinese
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in a class will be regarded as absent for that session.
