People suffered from dog bite accidents always appear in news report. Reported cases are over one thousand every year. People being injured by dog bite accidents happen occasionally at work. People who need to contact, handle or face the dogs in their working environment are vulnerable to the risks of dog bite. Dogs do not attack human aggressively without reasons, in general. Most of the dog bite incidents are because of poor understanding of human towards dogs’ behaviours and thinking in such way that people enrage the dogs unintentionally without any preventive measures in their working environment.
The course aims at providing the participants with the basic training about the dogs’ behaviours, the emotions being expressed by them, the causes of dog bite as well as the preventive and rescue measures to avoid or lessen the dog bite injuries during their works. The course is designed for those who need to contact, handle or face the dogs in their working environment.
