General Occupational Safety and Health Courses

(BI)General Safety in Beauty Industry

Along with society progress and improvement in the standard of living, good appearance is of increasing concern for individuals. Therefore, the beauty industry is fast expanding. In order to enhance the industry service and quality, employees involved should also be well-informed of the safety and health at work. This course aims at providing participants the basic knowledge of safety and health in the workplace so as to prevent accident.

Highlights：	1.Related occupational safety and health legislation 2.Major occupational hazards in beauty industry (such as biological hazards, chemical hazards or the use of laser equipment, etc.) 3.Relevant safety and health control measures 4.Accident reporting
Duration (Hour)：	3.5 hours
Instructor：	Professional or OSHC consultant
Language：	Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites：	Ability to read and write in Chinese
Remark：	◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass in end-of-course examination. ◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance is not allowed to attend the examination ◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in a class will be regarded as absent for that session.
