Electricity is an invisible danger. Although everyone knows high voltage is dangerous, low alternating current levels can also cause fatalities by affecting the operation of the heart. Therefore, it is essential to understand the potential hazards of working with electricity and to know about preventive measures.
This course provides training to candidates about local legislation, codes of practice and standards in electrical works. By the end of the course, the participants should understand both the hazards and the safe handling of electricity and how to protect workers.
