The occurence of an accident generally points to a direction where the system of work could be improved. In order to ensure a safe environment for work, accident investigation could identify the cause of accident and thus help prevent similar case to occur as well as to rectify the deficiency in the system of work. This course aims to enhance the skills of the participants in accident investigation and report writing. They could be able to find out the basic cause of an accident and formulate the preventive measures.

Prerequisites: General education with relevant working experience
Remark: ◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass in end-of-course examination.
◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance is not allowed to attend the examination
◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in a class will be regarded as absent for that session.
