(SLO)General Safety for Operatives in Slope Maintenance Work

There are more than 50,000 slopes registered in Hong Kong. Different kinds of maintenance works at slopes are required such as stabilization works, slope maintenance, inspections, cleaning and slope improvement works. Various hazards are involved in these works at slopes and will cause serious accidents if we do not have adequate control measures.
This course aims to highlight the common hazards in slope maintenance works and the corresponding control measures.

Duration (Hour)：	3.5 hours
Instructor：	Professional or OSHC consultant
Language：	Cantonese supplemented with Chinese notes
Prerequisites：	Ability to read and write in Chinese
Remark：	◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass the end-of-course examination. ◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination ◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
