In order to ensure a safe environment for work, accident investigation could identify the cause of accident and thus help prevent similar case to occur as well as to rectify the deficiency in the system of work. This course is specially designed for health care sectors aiming to enhance the skills of the participants in accident investigation and report writing. They could be able to find out the basic cause of an accident and formulate the preventive measures.
