On top of the trainer's academic background and experience, the effective application of training methodology and training techniques are essential elements to achieve the set training objectives.

The course is suitable for safety managers, safety officers, safety supervisors, management staff and foreman, etc. who are responsible to deliver safety training. The course aims to enhance the proficiency of the course participants in training need analysis, training methodology and training techniques.

Prerequisites: General education with relevant working experience
Remark: ● Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and a pass in end-of-course examination.
● Students who do not have sufficient attendance are not allowed to attend the examination.
● Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session.
