To protect the occupational safety and health of working people, both employers and employees have shared responsibilities to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Meanwhile, to maintain personal health and good physique is the utmost importance and it can directly contribute in the workplace if working people have good health status.
This course focuses on the concept of occupational health. It is intended to promote occupational health as a way of prevention. The course contents include classroom lecture and practical session which will facilitate participants to better understand the physiological health and the basic measurement of health indicators. Knowing the measurement of health indicators will help to enhance the awareness of occupational health. In addition, participants will learn how to promote occupational health in different workplaces.
