(DEM)Safety in Demolition Works
Demolition works are different from ordinary construction works - short duration, special machinery, and varied hazards hidden in the building to be demolished. Planning and preparations are extremely important. Inappropriate demolition methods not only put workers into danger, but also jeopardise the safety of the public. This course is for those participate in demolition sites and is about how to assess risks, plan work procedures and adopt sufficient preventive measures.

◎Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass in end-of-course examination. ◎Students who do not have sufficient attendance is not allowed to attend the examination ◎Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in a class will be regarded as absent for that session. |
