Lasers have numerous applications including indoor laser activities e.g., medical/cometic lasers, lasers for materials processing, educational / scientific research; and outdoor laser activities e.g., laser shows, laser cleaning/ welding / obstacle removal, environmental monitoring, etc.
Safe use of Class 3B and Class 4 lasers must require
1) appointment of the designated Laser Safety Officer,
2) designation of the Laser Controlled Area,
3) authorized personnel to be trained in laser safety and in the operation of laser system.
The training course is suitable for medical professionals, cosmeticians, engineers, university students, sales personnel of laser equipment, and persons across various industrial and commercial trades. After completing the laser safety training, an individual should acquire basic knowledge to handle laser safety matters in his/her laser applications.

● Award of Certificate: 100% attendance and pass in end-of-course examination. ● Students who do not have sufficient attendance is not allowed to attend the examination. ● Students who are absent from the class, late or leave earlier for more than 30 minutes in class will be regarded as absent for that session. |
