"Pointing and Calling" was developed in Japan, which is a important tools in zero incident campaign implementation. "Pointing and Calling" is a method in exciting the concentration of the workers, in order to strengthen their awareness and accuracy in work and hence reduce negligence, error or misunderstanding related accidents. The outcomes in implementing "Pointing and Calling" are significant in local construction, escalator, electrical and railway industries.
This course is intended to understand the keynotes, implementation methodology, and practical use of "Pointing and Calling" to reduce the risk of hazards.
