Experiences tells that 5S is the key to improve the housekeeping standard among the workplace. Many different organizations are willing to implement the 5S concept to improve their quality and productivity. To have continuous improvement, internal training among the organization is the key element for successfully implementing the 5S system. This course aims to those 5S internal trainers to enhance their training skill and strengthen their concept about 5S implementation.
