Maintaining good standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a workplace is of utmost importance for ensuring the safety and health of employees. If a workplace is not managed properly, persons employed therein will have the likelihood of suffering from physical, chemical and biological hazards. For instances, inhalation of excessive dust, exhaust, asbestos, etc., which can seriously affect our respiratory system. It is necessary to ensure that maintaining good standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a workplace requires not only the decision of top managements, but also the execution of managerial staff. The aim of this course is to equip participants with knowledge in workplace hygiene and environment, so as to facilitate their implementation of good practices in workplace hygiene and environment.
