The rats and mosquito breeding in the sites will cause infection diseases, such as plague and dengue fever. The public may also be affected by poor site hygiene. The dusts, waste water, noise, construction debris and the breeding bacteria and mosquito generated in the construction sites will affect the public and the surrounding environment.
