Generative AI (GenAI) tools such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek are transforming industries, including occupational safety and health (OSH). They can assist in drafting risk assessments, safety inspection and accident reports, as well as producing training materials, presentations, videos, and promotional publications. This allows safety professionals to focus more on on-site planning and monitoring, improving overall efficiency. However, excessive reliance on GenAI may also pose risks such as overlooking key safety measures.
This course introduces practical applications of GenAI in OSH and highlights essential precautions, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to apply GenAI effectively and responsibly.
