Hong Kong is an advanced society, our citizens can enjoy the privileges of receiving international standards of medical, first-aid and emergency rescue service, which is due to the great contribution from our Hong Kong medical teams and emergency service departments. First-aid is one of the essential elements in the emergency preparedness.
